My passion is BoomerCompass, a talent and career management consulting practice I started in 2008. I specialize in helping companies optimize the value of their most important asset, employees. I do this by careful analysis of their competitive business landscape and work collaboratively with them create a sustainable strategy for attracting, developing and retraining the staff they need to move forward with success. The talent solutions I provide are handcrafted and bespoke to give each enterprise an edge in the marketplace.
BoomerCompass is distinctive in its unique ability to leverage talent of those in the 50+ age demographic.
I also provide career management services that build value by creating a high level of engagement between employees and their employers. Skills shortages, talent deficits and dynamic market forces are all drivers for the kind of active career management I provide.
I’m excited to have a role in contributing to the discussion how to improve talent and career management layoffs and career transitions. Sharing information about these critical human capital issues via social media, has resulted in lively exchanges I greatly enjoy.
