How Shallow is Your Talent Pool?

A large percentage of the U.S. workforce is going to retire within the next 5-10 years.  When these Boomers leave, employers with a shallow talent pool with be facing a severe skills drought.  Employers lacking the human capital provided by mature and mid-career employees, will be at a real competitive disadvantage.
